Influences
creative ecosystem

A lot of my inspiration comes from outside of design itself. Books, philosophy, spirituality, martial arts, music, psychology, and everyday human interaction have all shaped the way I approach creativity and branding. I’m less interested in trends and more interested in meaning.
Books have been some of the biggest mentors and influences throughout my life. Since I was young, I’ve had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a deep curiosity about people, meaning, creativity, and growth.
MARTIAL ARTS
Practicing jiu-jitsu for the past nine years has allowed me to experience many of the things I had spent years reading about. Patience, humility, confidence, resilience, presence, adaptability, and growth stopped being just concepts and became lived experiences. The growth that came from that has been truly transformative.
ENVIRONMENT
Textures, intentional spaces, Japanese aesthetics, film photography, quiet moments, the little things, and meaningful conversations inspire me
